Head of Human Resources, Manufacturing

The Company is in search of a Head of Human Resources for its manufacturing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and implementing HR strategy within a large-scale manufacturing operation, ensuring the smooth running of all HR and administrative functions. This pivotal role involves developing and executing comprehensive HR plans that align with business objectives, guiding recruitment, and talent management, and overseeing performance and compensation frameworks. The Head of HR will also be instrumental in resolving complex issues, applying modern HR practices, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for advanced qualifications, and at least 8 years' of experience in HR and administration within large or medium-sized manufacturing industries. Deep familiarity with HR systems specific to manufacturing R&D and industrial trading enterprises is essential, as is a strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws. The role requires a strategic thinker with proven team-building capabilities, outstanding leadership skills, and exceptional interpersonal communication abilities. Fluency in Chinese is mandatory, and proficiency in English is advantageous. The Head of HR will also be expected to manage office environment standards, coordinate compliance reviews, and support cross-functional teams to ensure a harmonious and productive workplace.
