Associate Vice President, Business Audit Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Auditor for Business Audit to join its dynamic and purpose-driven team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting high-quality, risk-based business audits in line with the company's audit methodology. This role involves supporting the entire audit lifecycle, from planning to reporting, and requires the ability to identify and escalate potential audit issues, as well as contribute to the continuous monitoring of business operations for emerging risks. The Senior Auditor will also be expected to develop a strong understanding of the company's strategy, products, and risk management processes, and to stay abreast of industry developments to enhance the effectiveness of audit coverage. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' experience in internal or external audit, risk management, or compliance, with a preference for those with a background in professional firms or financial institutions. A relevant university degree and a professional qualification such as CPA, CIA, CFA, or FRM are required. The role demands a team-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership, independence, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment. Experience in leveraging data, technology, and AI is an advantage.
