Dean of the Faculty of Humanities

The Company is seeking a Dean for its Faculty of Humanities. The successful candidate will be a distinguished academic with a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline, internationally recognized for their achievements in research, scholarship, and teaching. The Dean will provide dynamic and innovative leadership, fostering excellence in teaching, learning, research, and external relationships. This role involves strategic and academic planning, policy development, and ensuring high standards of course provision. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of strong academic and administrative leadership, including experience in managing financial, human, and technological resources, and a vision to advance the Faculty's reputation and performance. Applicants for the Dean position at the Faculty of Humanities should have a strong background in academic leadership, particularly in the areas of languages and cultures.
