Head of Accounts Receivable & Transformation

The Company is in search of a Head of Accounts Receivable and Transformation to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the accounts receivable and credit control function, ensuring timely billing, collection, and cash application processes. This role involves overseeing end-to-end operations, monitoring aging reports, and driving working capital optimization through effective collection strategies. The Head of Accounts Receivable will also be tasked with reviewing customer credit limits, performing credit risk assessments, and partnering with various internal teams to resolve billing disputes and collection issues. Applicants for the Head of Accounts Receivable and Transformation position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in accounts receivable, billing, and credit control. The role requires a proven track record in leading teams and managing complex AR portfolios, as well as a strong understanding of revenue cycles, credit management, and cash flow optimization. Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is essential. The ideal candidate will also possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and be adept at identifying automation opportunities and leading system enhancement initiatives.
