Head of Clinical Services & Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Clinical Services and Operations to lead a diverse portfolio of health services, including various medical and wellness disciplines. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business revenue, ensuring patient satisfaction, and leading a clinical frontline team. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong focus on continuous improvement, full compliance with medical standards, and the ability to enhance service offerings to meet evolving patient needs. The Head of Clinical Services and Operations will also be a key collaborator with the Director of Western Medicine and other leadership peers to support the company's market position. Applicants must have a degree or above in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field, with at least 20 years' of proven experience in healthcare management. The role requires a leader with a strong background in P/L management, a commitment to customer-centricity, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong people leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, problem-solving approach are essential.
