Head of Onshore Distribution, Macro Strategy Hedge Fund

The Company is seeking a Head of Onshore Distribution with a focus on macro strategy hedge funds. The successful candidate will be responsible for onshore fundraising from private banks, securities firms, and trusts, running the entire fundraising cycle from roadshows to due diligence and requests for proposals. This role requires a solid onshore distribution network and a good understanding of hedge fund products. The Head of Onshore Distribution will also be in charge of creating and maintaining various marketing materials, including the monthly factsheet, strategy deck, and quarterly letter. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a strong background in onshore fundraising, with experience in distribution and investor relations, particularly with private fund managers, mutual funds, and securities firm asset management. A proven track record of raising onshore funds and securing repeated allocations is essential. The role demands a native Mandarin speaker with professional English proficiency, as well as the completion of AMAC fund practitioners examinations Paper 1 and Paper 2. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, be adept at building and maintaining client relationships, and be able to work effectively in a dynamic and growing environment.
