The Vice President will also be involved in product strategy, supporting capital formation, and contributing to thought leadership in the insurance market. Applicants must have 8-10 years' of relevant experience, with a background in insurance, insurance consulting, actuarial work, rating agencies, investment banking, or insurance-focused investment within an asset management firm. A strong knowledge of ALM, regulatory and accounting frameworks, and capital calculations for insurers in major Asia Pacific markets is essential. The role demands superior communication skills, the ability to represent the firm as a technical expert, and a willingness to travel across the region. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA, CFA, or actuarial credentials. Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese is a bonus.
