Interim Head of Finance

The Company is seeking an Interim Head of Finance to oversee the financial function during a period of restructuring. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance team, with a focus on commercial finance, financial management, and restructuring. Key requirements include a proven track record as a Head of Finance or Finance Director, particularly in a manufacturing, production, trading, or supply chain environment, and strong expertise in cash flow forecasting, working capital, cost control, and customer collections. The role also involves supplier and commercial contract negotiations, supporting investment opportunities, and ensuring financial control, statutory reporting, and compliance across complex operations. Applicants for the Interim Head of Finance position at the company should have a solid background in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and the ability to provide clear commercial insights to senior stakeholders. Experience in supporting businesses through change and transformation, as well as a practical approach to improving commercial arrangements, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial judgement and be adept at supporting fundraising, debt financing, or refinancing.
