Head of Delivery

The Company is seeking a Head of Delivery to take on the pivotal role of ensuring the successful implementation of AI solutions for enterprise customers. This senior management position is focused on transforming ambitious AI initiatives into tangible, measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex implementations from the initial scoping phase to the production launch, working in close collaboration with both customers and internal teams to align on all aspects of the delivery process. Key responsibilities include owning and leading the delivery of the platform and AI agents, scoping requirements, success metrics, and integration plans, as well as coordinating the entire delivery lifecycle to ensure on-time and scalable deployments. Applicants for the Head of Delivery role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in technical program management, delivery, consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing startups. The role requires a candidate with strong project management, organization, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations. A proactive, hands-on mindset and a keen interest in AI-driven products are essential. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is a must, with an engineering background or prior hands-on technical experience being a nice-to-have. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment and a proven track record of supporting production software launches and ongoing operations.
