Head of Quality

The Company is seeking a Head of Quality to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and anchoring the group's quality strategy, governance model, and reporting structure. This role is pivotal in strengthening, coordinating, and further developing quality, regulatory compliance, and improvement work across the organization. The Head of Quality will work closely with the business to translate quality requirements into clear routines, relevant follow-up, and concrete improvements. Key tasks include leading and supporting work with IVO cases, permits, Lex Sarah, incident reporting, investigations, and action plans, as well as ensuring inspection readiness and driving improvement work in various quality areas. Applicants for the Head of Quality position at the company should have a senior background in quality, regulatory compliance, safety work, or operations management within Swedish social care, LSS, the disability area, healthcare, or other regulated care operations. The role requires a candidate with a good understanding of care and nursing, particularly in LSS or related residential operations, and confidence in issues related to IVO, permits, Lex Sarah, and investigations. Experience in building and implementing quality management systems, working with audits, and translating quality standards into practical methods is essential. The ideal candidate will be a credible, calm, and pragmatic leader, with the ability to create trust and progress without unnecessary complexity, and a strong commitment to dignity, inclusion, and person-centered support. Fluency in Swedish is a must, and good English is an asset.
