Head of Investment Core Technology Services

The Company is seeking a Head of Investment Core Technology Services to lead an offshore Application Support and Production Support function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the stability, availability, performance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications within a capital markets and trading environment. This role involves leading and managing a team, owning application operations, and ensuring operational stability. The Head of Investment Core Technology Services will also be the primary technology contact for business stakeholders, coordinating with various technology teams to resolve issues and deliver service improvements, and managing third-party vendors to meet contractual obligations and SLAs. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in supporting and managing mission-critical applications within the financial services sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong experience in production support, IT service management, and a proven track record in managing offshore or multi-location application support teams are essential. The role requires a deep understanding of ITIL, service management, change management, and operational governance, as well as experience in application monitoring, observability, and automation. The ideal candidate will be a service-oriented technology leader with strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of operating effectively in a high-availability, mission-critical environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
