Head of Investment, Registered Valuer, Corporate Real Estate

The Company is seeking a Head of Investment, Registered Valuer, Corporate Real Estate to lead its investment business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, expanding the investment portfolio, and providing strategic counsel to stakeholders. This role involves the development and execution of investment strategies, management of client relationships, and leading the investment department to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, be a Registered Valuer, and have at least 10 years' experience in real estate investment, valuation, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management or leadership role. Key responsibilities for the Head of Investment include developing and implementing the business strategy for the investment division, leading business growth through development initiatives and strategic partnerships, and managing high-value investment transactions. The role also requires a deep understanding of the Malaysian property market, proficiency in financial modeling, and advanced negotiation skills.
