Head of Student Recruitment, K-12 Education

The Company is in search of a Head of Student Recruitment for K-12 education. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving sustainable student enrollment growth across all academic programs, with a focus on both domestic and international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing multi-channel recruitment strategies, overseeing the full student lifecycle from awareness to admissions, and optimizing the conversion journey. Additionally, the role involves directing targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence, managing strategic recruitment networks, and utilizing data analytics for enrollment forecasting. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in student recruitment, admissions, education marketing, or commercial growth, preferably within an international school or private education environment. The Head of Student Recruitment will be expected to have a proven track record in delivering enrollment growth and managing complex admissions funnels. Key skills for this position include team leadership, the ability to coach and mentor staff, and a strong background in data analytics to support institutional planning. The role requires a candidate who can work closely with academic heads to align intake targets with organizational goals and is adept at building and managing strategic partnerships.
