Associate Chief Pharmacy Officer

The Company is seeking a Regional Associate Chief Pharmacy Officer to provide executive leadership for pharmacy operations across its regional network. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading regional pharmacy directors and managers, strengthening the culture of the pharmacy enterprise, and advancing safe, efficient, and financially sound inpatient, infusion, and clinical pharmacy services. This hands-on executive will be expected to assess operational gaps, standardize best practices, develop leaders, and identify growth opportunities. A key aspect of the role is to accelerate system integration, including the One Epic journey, and the ideal candidate will have a system-level perspective, strong execution skills, and broad pharmacy expertise in areas such as supply chain, 340B, formulary management, and P&T committee operations. Applicants for the Regional Associate Chief Pharmacy Officer position at the company should hold a PharmD, with residency training or equivalent experience preferred, and an advanced business degree is also desirable. A minimum of 10 years' progressive pharmacy leadership experience within a complex health system environment is required, with a proven track record in leading multi-site pharmacy operations and system-level initiatives.
