Executive Director

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its mission of creating strong, diverse neighborhoods and expanding housing opportunity and financial security. The successful candidate will inherit a well-established organization with a strong history, a talented team, significant housing assets, and an extensive network of community and institutional partnerships. This leadership role requires a strategic, collaborative, and externally engaged individual who can provide organizational and financial leadership, expand the company's visibility and influence, and identify new housing and community development opportunities. The Executive Director will be responsible for setting and achieving organizational goals, strengthening the company's infrastructure, and serving as a visible champion for affordable housing and community development. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a demonstrated commitment to affordable housing and community development, with at least 7 years' of executive or senior leadership experience in a related field. The role demands exceptional relationship-building skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead and empower high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in nonprofit management, real estate development, or a related area, and be adept at overseeing complex budgets and funding structures. A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach is essential, as is the ability to work effectively with a Board of Directors and to engage in transparent, professional communication.
