Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic and highly regarded legal team. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a strong background in financial services and consumer credit law. This role is pivotal in providing commercially focused legal advice on a wide range of financial services matters, including consumer credit, regulatory frameworks, and the design and management of regulated financial products. The Senior Legal Counsel will also be responsible for drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, leading regulatory change projects, and ensuring compliance with governance and risk management frameworks.
