Associate Vice President, Cyber Security Engineer

The Company is in search of a Cyber Security Engineer to join its Proactive Security function. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening security capabilities through threat detection, security engineering, automation, and proactive defense initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. Key responsibilities include threat modeling, security engineering, SIEM engineering, security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and providing security advisory services. The role demands a professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in security engineering, operations, automation, or a related cyber security discipline, and a strong hands-on background in SIEM platforms, EDR solutions, and detection engineering. Applicants for the Cyber Security Engineer position at the company should possess a solid understanding of Active Directory security, Windows event logging, and networking concepts. Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python scripting is required, as is experience in securing cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of cyber security frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and the Cyber Kill Chain, and demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
