Associate Vice President, Regulatory Change

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Regulatory Change to join its team. This role is pivotal in the development and strengthening of the regulatory-change framework, with a focus on governance, systems, and oversight of regulatory obligations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the impact of regulatory developments, coordinating the implementation of necessary changes, and maintaining an accurate regulatory obligations register. Additionally, the role involves producing management information for senior stakeholders, supporting regulatory-change forums, and contributing to compliance transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years' experience in regulatory change, compliance governance, or a related compliance role, with a strong understanding of regulatory-change processes.
