The Company is seeking a Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead the digital and technology strategy in alignment with its Christian mission. The CDO will be responsible for the design and delivery of digital platforms, product capabilities, data infrastructure, and security to support the organization's vision. This role is pivotal in enabling scalable growth across giving and ministry services, with a focus on platform development, insight-led decision-making, and innovation. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 20 staff, including heads of various digital and technology functions, and will be expected to have a significant senior leadership background in digital, technology, product, or platform environments. The ideal CDO for the company will be a servant-hearted leader, embodying the values of generosity, integrity, and excellence. They should have a strong technical background, experience in shaping and delivering digital strategy at scale, and a proven ability to work with boards and prepare clear, strategic decision-making materials.
