The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's long-term success. The CFO will be a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, leading the financial strategy and stewardship to ensure the charity's mission and resilience are underpinned by a robust and integrated financial approach. This includes developing and leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting that align with the strategic priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a strong financial control environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing assurance on financial performance and risk management. The CFO will also be expected to drive value for money, oversee capital allocation, and lead the finance function in a way that supports the charity's growth and impact. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should be qualified accountants with a proven track record as board-level leaders in financial strategy, control, and leadership. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with operational delivery, and a leader who is credible, influential, and able to engage at all levels. Experience in the charity or purpose-driven sector is highly valued.
