The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the company's financial strategies and oversee a robust buy-and-build strategy, leading the business through its next phase of profitable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with a reputable Private Equity house, delivering organic growth, and driving the commercial aspects of the business. This includes leading the financial facets of M&A activities, integration, and the professionalization of the finance function. The CFO will work closely with the executive team and the Private Equity firm to identify opportunities for strategic expansion and ensure that the financial operations are highly effective and efficient. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should be qualified accountants (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with experience as a CFO or Divisional CFO within a PE-backed marketing services business. A proven track record in leading buy-and-build strategies and experience in preparing the finance team for scalable growth are essential. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to operate at a fast pace and drive change. The CFO will also be tasked with providing skilled financial leadership, establishing and executing risk management measures, and ensuring the timely and accurate compilation of financial reports for stakeholders.
