Head of Compliance, Policy & Regulatory Liaison

The Company is seeking a Head of Compliance with a focus on Policy and Regulatory Liaison. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring a robust and integrated compliance framework that aligns with risk, financial crime, and group policies. This role involves taking ownership of compliance policies, leading annual effectiveness reporting, and overseeing regulatory change and communication with stakeholders. Strategic leadership and critical engagement to meet regulatory objectives are key aspects of the position. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in compliance roles, with a proven track record in people leadership and relationship management with regulators and other external stakeholders. The role requires an individual with excellent knowledge of current and emerging regulatory issues in the financial services sector, particularly those impacting investment and wealth management. The Head of Compliance will also be responsible for building a high-performing team, partnering with business leaders to identify regulatory risks and opportunities, and acting as a subject matter expert on regulatory developments and their strategic implications. Strong stakeholder management, the ability to influence at all levels, and a confident, constructive communication style are essential for this position.
