Head of Operations, Cleaning / Soft Services

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations for Cleaning and Soft Services. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the business forward, with a focus on leading and developing the operational function, supporting and developing operational managers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, bespoke services to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong, long-term client relationships, driving service quality, and performance, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. This hands-on position requires a leader who is resilient, commercially minded, and comfortable in an entrepreneurial, growing environment. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader within commercial cleaning, soft services, or FM, with a proven track record in managing complex contracts and operational challenges. They should be a strong people manager, capable of getting the best from a diverse team, and be confident in engaging with senior clients. The role demands a leader who is proactive, solution-oriented, and who can work closely with the senior leadership team to support the continued growth of the business. A key aspect of the role is the development of talent and the strengthening of the wider management team, so the ability to mentor and develop others is essential.
