Head of Right of Light & Legal Indemnities

The Company is in search of a Head of Right of Light and Legal Indemnities to spearhead the establishment and growth of a specialist division. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the strategy, structure, and culture of the team, and will have the autonomy to build a market-leading proposition. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to integrate the new offering into the wider transaction risk and real estate practices, and a key focus on driving revenue growth through both domestic and cross-border opportunities.
