Interim Head of Insight

The Company is seeking an Interim Head of Insight to take on a high-profile leadership role within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the insight function during a period of senior leadership absence, with a key focus on preparing the business for a major regulatory review and supporting customer-focused decision-making. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders to understand customer priorities and organizational processes, as well as reviewing existing reporting, processes, and operational performance measures to ensure readiness for the inspection. The Interim Head of Insight will also be expected to deliver deep-dive analysis, provide leadership across strategic insight initiatives, and ensure the business is well-prepared across key areas. Applicants for the Interim Head of Insight position should have a strong background in leading insight, analytics, or customer insight functions, with previous experience in the housing sector and a solid understanding of housing regulation and inspection processes. The role requires the ability to partner with senior executives, influence stakeholder decisions, and translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on delivery, and be adaptable to operate effectively in a fast-moving interim assignment.
