Managing Director, International Client Accounting Delivery

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for International Client Accounting Delivery. This hands-on leadership role is pivotal in overseeing complex client accounting matters, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely monthly reporting, and maintaining high-quality client service. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging in direct client accounting activities, coaching and mentoring team members, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance operational excellence. Strong communication, relationship management, and the ability to lead and contribute to a team are essential. Candidates for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a preference for specialized knowledge in Yardi and/or MRI software. A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a management role, is required. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in financial management, goal setting, and hands-on coaching and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical ability, excellent problem-solving skills, and the capacity to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
