The Company is seeking a Senior Director to join the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring organization. The successful candidate will be a key team member, responsible for guiding and executing client engagements, as well as carrying business development responsibilities. This role is pivotal in supporting CFOs to maximize the performance of the finance function and to meet the increasing demands of the role. The Senior Director will be expected to perform high-quality client work, develop client relationships, and lead project management with a hands-on approach. Additionally, the role involves supporting the growth of the practice, including knowledge management, and participating in the development of thought leadership relevant to CFOs. Applicants for this role at the company should have a substantial background in leading and managing teams, with a focus on CFO advisory services. The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification in finance or accounting, or an advanced degree in a related field, and a strong track record in financial and accounting consulting. Expertise in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and a proactive, results-oriented approach are essential. The role requires exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work with senior-level executives. A strategic and business-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems, is also necessary. Experience in data analytics and a background in business intelligence or related tools is preferred.
