The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Director of Performance Measurement & Infrastructure to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of its data, infrastructure, and AI capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting a multi-year vision, go-to-market strategy, and overall roadmap, with a strong focus on hiring, developing, and mentoring a high-performing analytics team. This leadership position demands a visionary with a growth mindset, capable of leading the strategic expansion of intelligence offerings, establishing data governance, and fostering high-level client relationships. The role also involves executive client leadership, driving business growth, and representing the company as an industry authority in modern data architecture and AI governance. Applicants must have a minimum of 14 years' experience in data infrastructure, marketing analytics, or data engineering, with a proven track record in practice leadership and executive presence. The role requires deep domain mastery in social listening infrastructure, consumer intelligence engines, and modern data stack ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have experience in steering enterprise adoption of modern AI/ML frameworks and expertise in enterprise cloud strategies. Key responsibilities include architecting the vision for data capabilities, guiding the transformation of client solutions into scalable products, and acting as a client and project lead analyst for measurement deliverables.
