The Company is seeking a Vice President, Creative Technologist & VFX to lead the integration of advanced production and creative technologies in the storytelling process. This executive will be at the forefront of innovation, working closely with filmmakers, studio executives, and external partners to redefine the future of cinematic experiences. Responsibilities include defining the long-term creative technology vision, inspiring new methods of storytelling, and establishing strategies that balance artistic excellence with production feasibility. The role demands a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of visual effects, animation, and digital production, as well as a proven track record in the adoption and implementation of emerging technologies such as AI, virtual production, and real-time rendering. The ideal candidate will have over 25 years' experience in the industry, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior visual effects role, and a strong background in machine learning and its application to professional media production. They should be recognized as thought leaders in the field, with the ability to influence the future of visual storytelling and advise on enterprise creative transformation. The role requires exceptional executive communication skills, the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous experimentation and responsible innovation. A history of technical innovation, industry recognition, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving are essential.
