Head of School

The Company is seeking a Head of School to lead its historic independent and comprehensive town academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the educational and operational aspects of the institution, ensuring the delivery of a rigorous college-preparatory academic program that is complemented by career and technical education, fine and performing arts, athletics, and hands-on learning opportunities. The Head of School will also be tasked with fostering a close-knit community and maintaining deep connections to the region, all while being committed to the personal and academic development of students. This leadership role at the company requires a visionary individual who can inspire both staff and students, and who is dedicated to helping students discover their interests, develop confidence and purpose, and prepare for college, career, and life. The Head of School will work closely with the Board of Trustees and the school community to uphold the institution's values and mission.
