Associate Vice President, Portfolio Services Operations Specialist

The Company is in search of an AVP - Portfolio Services - Operations Specialist to join their global Operations team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of professional experience in financial services operations, with a focus on portfolio services, middle office, or investment operations. Key responsibilities for this role include the end-to-end management of operational processes, ensuring their efficient, accurate, and controlled execution, and close collaboration with various internal and external teams. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in processes such as corporate actions, collateral management, securities finance, class actions, proxy voting, fees, and billing, as well as experience in incident management, exception handling, reconciliations, and operational controls. The successful candidate will be valued for their analytical skills, focus on continuous improvement, and experience in automation, process transformation, data analytics, and AI. The role requires the ability to thrive in global and matrix environments and experience in working with multiple stakeholders. While not mandatory, experience in automation, AI, workflow tools, Python, SQL, or data analysis tools will be considered an asset.
