Head of Team Loan Management

The Company is in search of a Team Lead for its Credit and Loan Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and development of an international team, with a focus on the management and administration of structured finance operations across Europe. This role requires a professional with a background in real estate finance or commercial real estate finance, experience in leading teams, and a strong knowledge of loan documentation and lifecycle. The Team Lead will also be expected to have regular interactions with risk, legal, business, and institutional clients, and to demonstrate a mindset dedicated to continuous improvement and process optimization. Key responsibilities for the Team Lead include the supervision of financing operations and contractual documentation, coordination with various stakeholders, monitoring of processes, controls, and regulatory compliance, as well as the implementation of operational improvements and transformation projects. The role demands a leader who can effectively manage complex incidents and provide support to the team.
