Head of FP&A

The Company is seeking a Head of FP&A to join their team at a pivotal moment in their growth journey. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing the financial insight, modeling, and performance infrastructure necessary to support the business's expansion, both organically and through acquisitions. This role is not about inheriting an established FP&A function; it is an opportunity to build and shape the team, professionalize FP&A, and enhance reporting processes to meet the needs of a growing organization. The Head of FP&A will have a visible impact, helping to define how the business understands performance and makes decisions as it scales. Applicants for the Head of FP&A position should be qualified accountants with a minimum of 5 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related field. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business partnering skills are essential. Experience in a high-growth, acquisitive environment, particularly within a PE-backed setting, is highly advantageous. The role requires a candidate who is commercial, analytical, and hands-on, with a preference for those who thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and are eager to take on the challenge of building and shaping a function rather than simply maintaining the status quo. The Head of FP&A will also be expected to have experience with M&A, integration, and Board/investor reporting, and to be adept at providing strategic financial support for acquisitions, investment decisions, and value-creation initiatives.
