Trustee & Member (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking two new Trustees and one additional Member to join its high-performing board. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in the organization's strategic direction, with a focus on governance, expertise development, and supporting the next phase of the company's growth. Trustees are particularly needed with backgrounds in HR, estates, legal, digital, or cyber, and those who can enhance the diversity of the board. Members, on the other hand, provide independent oversight, ensuring the company's governance remains aligned with its charitable purpose. The time commitment for Trustees includes full board and committee meetings, with a preference for in-person attendance, while Members have a more light but essential role in the governance cycle.
