Vice President, Strategy & Performance Manager to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy and Performance to support the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership in strategic planning, performance management, and operational improvement. The role will track strategic priorities, prepare executive reporting and presentations, and provide analysis and recommendations to inform decisions. Responsibilities include supporting budgets and forecasts, managing performance reporting and scorecard processes, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. The position will also lead client experience measurement, analyze feedback and client journeys, and coordinate improvement initiatives across teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; an MBA or CFA is preferred. At least seven years of experience in strategy, financial planning and analysis, business management, or consulting is required, ideally in banking or financial services. Applicants should bring experience with budgeting, forecasting, KPI frameworks, scorecards, and executive reporting, along with confidence presenting to senior executives, boards, or regulators. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and fluency in English and Spanish are required; familiarity with business intelligence tools and banking regulation is an advantage.
