Head of People & Culture

The Company is in search of a Head of People & Culture for Italy. The successful candidate will be a strategic business partner to the Leadership Team, driving the people strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires a professional with a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in organizational development and change management. The Head of People & Culture will be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from attraction to retention, and will play a key role in fostering a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous development. Key responsibilities include workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and performance management. The role also involves managing employee and union relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the resolution of complex HR issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Italian labor law, experience in matrix organizations, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. They should be adept at using people analytics and digital tools, and have a proven track record in driving organizational transformation and cultural change. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to build trust and credibility across the organization.
