Head of Product, Intralogistics

The Company is in search of a Head of Product for mobile robotics, with a focus on AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) and AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) technologies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining and developing the product roadmap, identifying new technologies and market opportunities, and leading the internal and external standardization processes. This strategic role involves managing relationships with international technology partners, providing quality and technical support, and leading the company's growth in this sector. The Head of Product will also be responsible for designing and coordinating technical training, certification programs, and internal academies, as well as supporting various functions across the organization in pre-sales activities, project execution, and continuous improvement. To excel in this position, candidates must have a solid background in AGV, AMR, industrial automation, mobile robotics, or automated intralogistics. Experience in managing international suppliers and partners, as well as a deep understanding of the main technological players and automation architectures in the market, is essential. The role requires a leader with a strategic vision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to solve problems in multidisciplinary environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and management skills are necessary for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. The Head of Product will be expected to have a good command of the English language and be prepared to take on a challenging, high-impact role within the company.
