Managing Director

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead the strategic and operational management of its portfolio of vertical market software businesses. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and experienced professional with a proven track record in driving operational excellence, organic growth, and profitability. Key responsibilities for the role include executing business strategies, driving operational efficiency, and maximizing revenue growth. The Managing Director will also be responsible for financial management, including P&L accountability, and for building and leading high-performing teams that foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. Candidates for the Managing Director position should have over 6 years' of experience in management consulting or within a technology or software business, with a strong educational background including a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and an MBA being a significant asset. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a people-centric approach, capable of mobilizing teams towards common goals and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Financial acumen, including experience in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting, is essential.
