Applicants must have 8-15 years' experience in banking data management, data governance, or regulatory reporting, with a strong understanding of data ownership, quality, and lineage. The role requires experience in implementing enterprise governance initiatives, managing regulatory audits, and assessments, as well as strong stakeholder management skills. Core competencies include data governance leadership, regulatory compliance, analytical thinking, and communication.
