The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for a Specialist role in Operational Risk Management with a focus on Firm-Wide Technology and Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end regulatory governance, including the interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements, and will drive the Regulatory Review Group governance process. This role requires a strong understanding of the Indian banking regulatory environment, particularly RBI circulars and expectations relevant to technology and operations. The candidate will also be accountable for regulatory reporting oversight, maintaining a robust implementation plan, and ensuring executive communication and senior stakeholder engagement. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and typically 12-15 years of experience in banking operations, regulatory reporting, compliance, operational risk, or related functions. The role demands a proven track record in managing regulatory reporting, submissions, and commitments within a banking environment, as well as the ability to lead impact assessments and drive end-to-end governance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. The candidate should be adept at managing multiple priorities, be detail-oriented, and have a strong ownership mindset to independently drive outcomes across functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required for governance tracking, analysis, and reporting.
