General Counsel

The Company is seeking a General Counsel to provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating legal risks associated with business strategies, partnerships, and market expansions, and for supporting the organization with proactive legal frameworks that enable growth while ensuring compliance. This role also involves overseeing corporate governance, developing and implementing internal compliance policies, and managing all aspects of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and proprietary technologies. Key responsibilities for the General Counsel at the company include ensuring compliance with corporate laws, healthcare regulations, and international trade laws, as well as managing contracts and commercial agreements to protect the company's interests. The role requires a strong focus on risk management, policy development, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to align with global compliance requirements.
