The Company is seeking a Vice President of Managed Care to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding the company's values and philosophy, with a focus on the 6 Pillars of Success. This role involves leading a high-performing team, engaging in strategic relationship development with health plans, and driving operational excellence and innovation in managed care. The VP will be at the forefront of payor portfolio evaluation and management, leading negotiations, and ensuring the successful implementation of contracts. A key aspect of the position is the establishment of executive relationships to advance value-based care goals and improve access for the company's communities. Candidates for the Vice President of Managed Care position at the company should be dynamic leaders with a proven track record of high-level collaboration and strategic oversight. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree, and 5-7 years of work experience, particularly in a strategy or project management role. The ideal candidate will have a background in an analytical environment, such as consulting or investment banking, with healthcare experience, especially with payors, being a plus. The role demands a leader who can drive innovation, deliver impactful managed care solutions, and is adept at fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The VP will be expected to travel up to 25% of the time and must be adept at effective communication, both in person and through virtual platforms.
