The Company is seeking a Chief Clinical Officer to join their executive team and lead the advancement of clinical services. The successful candidate will be responsible for championing clinical excellence, the adoption of new technologies, and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and care efficiencies. This role involves close partnership with renowned physicians, executive leadership, and clinical staff to foster innovation and ensure the alignment of patient care, education, and quality outcomes. The Chief Clinical Officer will also oversee quality management, performance improvement, patient safety, and clinical outcomes, with a strong focus on patient volumes, goal achievement, and deliverable objectives. Compliance with regulatory agencies is a key aspect of the position. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in a relevant healthcare setting, with at least 3 years' at a supervisory level. A graduate degree in a clinical area is preferred, along with board certification in healthcare management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational excellence, performance improvement, and clinical operations leadership, particularly in inpatient rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility operations. The role requires a skilled leader who can drive clinical excellence, program growth, and operational success, and who is dedicated to the mission of improving lives through exceptional rehabilitative care.
