Assistant Vice President, Corporate FP&A Business Analyst

The Company is in search of a Business Analyst to join its Corporate FP&A team. The successful candidate will be the key link between the finance and technology departments, with a focus on financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and submission processes. This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, improvement, and a proven track record in FP&A, finance transformation, and financial systems. Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of corporate FP&A processes, identifying and documenting process improvement opportunities, and ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives. The role also involves requirements management, testing, and user adoption, and the candidate should be adept at stakeholder management and project coordination. Applicants for this role at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 7 years' of experience in business analysis, FP&A, and finance transformation. A strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes is essential, as is experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technology solutions. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. While not mandatory, experience with financial planning and reporting platforms and exposure to AI, workflow automation, and finance transformation initiatives is preferred. The successful candidate will be expected to become a trusted advisor to corporate FP&A stakeholders, improve process efficiency, and strengthen collaboration between finance and technology teams within the first 12 months.
