Chief of Staff to the Chief Product & Technology Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Product & Technology Officer. This strategic role is pivotal in translating the organization's most critical and complex priorities into clear decisions and measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will operate across the Chief Product & Technology Officer's portfolio and the Executive Leadership Team, connecting various business and technical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include creating and managing operating mechanisms, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the organization's operating cadence is clear and effective. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in executive strategy, decision support, and will be measured by the ability to focus on high-value enterprise priorities and the consistent execution of strategic initiatives. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a minimum of 15 years' related experience, with a strong background in business operations, strategy, finance, product, technology, or a similar complex environment. The role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence without direct authority, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with a measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive operations, enterprise strategy, and organizational effectiveness, and must be adept at managing multiple priorities with urgency and sound judgment. A high level of integrity, discretion, and accountability is essential, as is the ability to operate effectively with confidential and sensitive information. Experience in a technology-enabled business, particularly in the areas of product, technology, engineering, operations, media, automotive, or advertising, is preferred.
