Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include AI portfolio and architecture leadership, team management, solution deployment, and AI engineering talent and capability building. The role demands a leader who can make strategic decisions on technical direction, solution quality, and day-to-day leadership of the AI and Automation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and automation, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage the delivery of high-value work. They should be adept at building and maintaining a talent pipeline, establishing coding patterns, and ensuring the team is equipped to meet the company's standards of quality, reliability, and speed. The Executive Director will be measured on KPIs such as production and flow, quality and reliability, adoption and value, scale and reuse, and team health.
