The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level legal guidance to the organization, including but not limited to, labor and employment law advice, grievance handling, collective bargaining, risk management, and representing the organization in legal matters. The General Counsel will also be involved in supervising the compliance department, developing office policies, and ensuring the organization's adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
