This pivotal role demands a leader with a strong technology background, proven people management skills, and a track record of transforming observability capabilities within a large, complex enterprise environment. Key responsibilities include building and maturing an enterprise-wide observability practice, owning observability platforms, establishing enterprise standards, and managing strategic technology partners. Applicants for the Head of Enterprise Monitoring & Observability position at the company should possess a minimum of 10 years' experience in relevant technology disciplines, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within enterprise-scale technology, engineering, platform, or operations teams.
