Managing Director, Talent Acquisition

The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Talent Acquisition to spearhead the development and execution of enterprise talent acquisition strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing talent acquisition team, ensuring that the function operates with the highest level of strategic and operational excellence. This role demands a leader who can partner with senior business and HR executives to understand and meet current and future workforce needs, and who can instill a culture of discipline, transparency, and accountability within the talent acquisition function. Key responsibilities include owning the performance and delivery of the team, implementing a robust performance-management framework, and driving the adoption of Workday or a comparable enterprise recruiting platform. Applicants for the Managing Director, Talent Acquisition position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in talent acquisition and broader talent leadership, with a proven track record of success in a complex, matrixed organization. The role requires a strong combination of strategic talent leadership and hands-on operational management, as well as experience in building and leading high-performing recruiting teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruiting technology, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities, and be adept at using talent intelligence to influence senior business decisions. Experience in a talent-intensive industry such as media, advertising, technology, consulting, or marketing is preferred. The role also demands exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive change in a highly matrixed environment.
