President, Physician Enterprise

The Company is seeking an EVP and President for its Physician Enterprise. This executive will be at the forefront of the organization's cultural and organizational transformation, leading the integration of a contemporary multi-specialty enterprise that is fully cohesive and contemporary. The role is pivotal in driving a transformational culture that prioritizes high-quality, patient-centered care, and patient access. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and operational and financial performance of the physician and advanced practice provider enterprise, with a strong emphasis on value-based care and population health. Key responsibilities include overseeing physician practice operations, provider productivity, compensation strategy, recruitment, and physician alignment initiatives. The role also involves close partnership with the Chief Medical Officer and other clinical leaders to support improvements in quality, patient experience, and clinical outcomes. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior management within a group practice or clinic model, with a strong clinical background and a reputation as an excellent clinician. Extensive experience in strategic planning, practice evaluation, and integration is essential, as is a proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and visionary thinker, with a strong understanding of the business aspects of multi-specialty group practice management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to create and maintain a collaborative work environment, are required. A graduate of an accredited medical school with an MD or DO degree, board certification, and eligibility for medical licensure are mandatory. A Master's in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, along with additional education in management or business.
